1. Scripting
1.1 All scripting, message production, music, sound effects and basic installation are included in subscription packages.
1.2 Fees for "one off" message productions to non-subscription clients, will be quoted upon request.
1.3 The Creative script, produced audio and the Digital Audio On Hold Device remains the property of Sounds Wright Audio Marketing.
1.4 Reproductions of the script or produced audio message, is prohibited without the written consent of Sounds Wright Audio Marketing.
1.5 Sounds Wright Audio Marketing shall not be responsible for the accuracy of any content contained in the script provided by the client.
1.6 Standard "on hold" message will be in a looped production of up to 8 minutes.

2. Bond
2.1 A bond of $220.00 is payable to Sounds Wright Audio Marketing on installation of the equipment in the client's premises.
2.2 This bond is fully refundable (subject to these terms) upon the termination of the subscription and the return of all digital audio devices in good working order.
2.3 This bond shall not be refundable if the subscription is cancelled by the client within three (3) months of installation.
3. Cancellation
3.1 This subscription may be cancelled by giving 30 days written notice to Sounds Wright Audio Marketing.
3.2 No refund of subscription shall be payable by Sounds Wright Audio Marketing if updates or bonus messages are not requested by the client within each 12 month period, commencing from the initial installation of the service.
4. Extra Production
4.1 Additional charges shall apply if the client requires additional messages produced:
a) for subscription clients, $250.00 plus GST per message.
b) for non-subscription clients, $550.00 plus GST (plus equipment use and installation charges) per message.

4.2 The use of third party voices, some production elements and sound effects may incur a "one off" surcharge to produce. This will be advised if applicable.
5. Package Charges
Subscription clients are at liberty to request to upgrade their packages at any time. However, subscriber clients cannot seek to move to a lower package earlier than three (3) months of commencing on their higher package.
6. Equipment Warranty
6.1 The Digital Audio Devise installed in the client's premises shall be covered by warranty to be replaced by Sounds Wright Audio Marketing during the subscription period, if it malfunctions.
6.2 This warranty shall not apply if the device is stolen or wilfully or negligently damaged by the client.6.3 If the warranty does not apply because of theft or damage by the client a substitute device shall be installed at the client's expense.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription fees are to be paid at least monthly in advance.

7.3 The Bond is payable upon installation of the produced message.
7.4 Bartercard is an acceptable form of payment for subscriptions but not for payment of the Bond or for additional voices or production.
7.5 Dishonoured cheques will incur a charge of $40.00 each.

7.6 If any account is in arrears by more than two (2) months the client agrees that all costs incurred by Sounds Wright Audio Marketing to collect the arrears shall be borne by the client.
8. Confidentiality
Sounds Wright Audio Marketing will not use other than for this Agreement, or disclose to any third party any knowledge or information obtained by or imparted to during or in connection with the fulfillment of this Agreement which is a confidential nature relating to the business strategies, products, services or processes related to the Customer. The obligation of this confidence will cease to apply regarding any information Sounds Wright Audio Marketing is required to disclose by Law.
