What is included with my subscription?
Everything. We Come to you, we research and learn about your business, we write and produce your message. We then install it.
Equipment is included, installation is included, production and copy write fees are included as well as the writing of the script.
How long is the message?
It usually runs for around 5 – 8 minutes. And then it's looped. All of our messages are customised to each business, so it really depends on your requirements. There is no extra charge if it runs longer or shorter.
Why have it so long, I don't have people on hold for 5 minutes?
The way we write, and produce our messages, is so that everytime you place a customer, or potential customer, on hold, they learn something new about your business every time. So the same customer that might ring your business several times, will learn something new and different every time. This boosts your cross selling opportunities, and increase your branding and on selling capabilities.
How long does it take to get on line?
From Start to finish, about 10 working days, once we have met with you, you will receive a draft of the creative script within about 3 days. Once we have finalised the script, we will have it produced up.
Once it is installed, do I have to install all the updates or connect the player to a phone line or computer?
NO not at all. One of our team, will pop out to your place of business, with a laptop, and upload the message. This takes about 10 minutes to do. It saves you all the confusion and time, and it's all part of the service.
Am I locked into a fixed contract?
Not at all. Most on hold service providers do look you in. NOT Sounds Wright. We will work hard until the job is done, and our customer is happy. If they, for whatever reason, wish to cease the service, then 30 days written notice is all that is required.
If there aren't any contracts, what do you mean by 12 month subscriptions?
That means, that we charge you a set fee, per month for the service, your subscription package fee will determine how many updates you get. But you can change your package at anytime, or in the event that you need to add an extra update, we can do that for you, at a very discounted fee ( more details in our packages page).
What if I don't want to subscribe, and I just want one message
Sounds Wright is happy to provide you with a ONE-OFF message. The reason we recommend packages is because it makes it more cost effective for you. It also keeps it fresh, and not stale, and allows you to really take advantage of ON HOLD Marketing. With our ONE-OFF package, we do not include installation. We can arrange it for you, but the costing is not included.
I only run a small business, and only have a single handset with one line. I don't have a commander or a PABX, can I still have an on hold message?
Most other on hold providers say NO. Sounds Wright says YES, we can. And we are happy to provide that service to you if required. There is no extra subscription cost for this service.
I have several outlets for my business, do you offer discounts?
Absolutely, and we are more than happy to. We are a Sydney based business, but for businesses that are genuinely interested, we will assist you wherever you are.
Do I get to choose the music?
Absolutely. Sounds Wright uses many different sources of production music and we offer you a selection that appeals to you the most.
Some on hold companies promote the use of copyright-free music, is yours?
No. We pay licence fees on most of our production music, but that is NO extra cost to you, and is all included. The reason we use registed production music, is that the quality is far better, and so is the range. We can access well over 1 million + pieces of production music to accommodate any business.
I want one of my staff, my customers or myself to say a few words on the message to help boost out profile. Is that possible?
Yes, we are happy to do that. We come to you with a portable digital recording device, and can record an audio insert of you, your staff or customers to add that extra authenticity to your on hold marketing. Plus, its great self branding as well.
Can I pay quarterly instead of monthly?
Yes. All of our invoices are charged in advance.
